Strategic Account Director

We're seeking an exceptional Strategic Account Director to join our team at PARETO SECURITIES AS.
Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with our dedicated clients to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
You'll work closely with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans, manage complex negotiations, and define innovative solutions to meet client needs.
In addition, you'll be responsible for:
- Building a robust pipeline of projects and following cases through to closure.
- Pursuing strategic upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining a strategic account plan, customer IT roadmap, and defining key customer stakeholders and customer governance.
- Inspiring and advising our dedicated customer on existing and new services, projects, and innovative initiatives.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction on all projects and consulting services.
- Controlling a dedicated IT project portfolio.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a relevant Bachelor or Master degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in IT sales, IT Consultancy, IT portfolio management and/or IT project management – preferably within the field of IT Infrastructure Services.
