Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our sales team in Sweden. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in value-based sales and excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
Key Tasks
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Sales and other colleagues to achieve sales targets
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closure, including prospecting and scheduling meetings
- Build relationships with potential customers and negotiate deals
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to handle new sales and cross- and up-sales
Requirements
- Proven track record in value-based sales to B2B clients
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
- E-commerce experience is a plus
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to adapt to different personalities during the sales process
