  • Developing and conducting customer research projects to gather insights and inform marketing strategies.
  • Evaluating datasets and compiling reports that offer suggestions for guiding marketing and operational strategies.
  • Aligning with stakeholders on insight and research needs to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Developing guidelines or questionnaires in our survey tool (Qualtrics) to support research initiatives.
