Arla Foods amba is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our international business development efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving and managing our portfolio of international business development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and translate strategies and ideas into tangible action plans for Arla's international business.
- Act as Business Development & Strategy responsible for International, with a clear focus on delivering defined strategic mandates across regions.
- Build and lead high-performing teams through strong leadership, structure, coaching, and training.
- Secure clear scoping, strong stakeholder management, feedback loops, accurate and timely output/recommendations/deliverables on all international business development projects.
- Drive and/or support important international and market business development/strategy projects end-to-end.
- Be an active member of the International leadership team and build a trusted advisor role to its members.
- Prepare agenda and material for leadership meetings, Business Board, and other presentations to key leadership teams/boards.
Requirements:
- M.Sc. level educational background in business or finance.
- 6-8 years of strategy consulting experience from a top-tier management consulting firm or relevant industry experience from a large FMCG company like Arla.
- Excellent strategy consulting toolbox with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent command of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong English communication skills, both written, spoken, and in presentations.
