Job Title: Consumer Relations Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Relations Specialist to join our team at GN Store Nord A/S. As a key member of our Technical Support Services department, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to consumer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing accurate and timely information and referrals to hearing care professionals.
  2. Research consumer inquiries regarding hearing aid history, accessories, and parts, and provide solutions or referrals as needed.
  3. Collaborate with local and international customer-facing departments to resolve consumer issues and maintain positive customer relationships.
  4. Document all consumer interactions in designated systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  5. Participate in projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the growth and development of our Technical Support Services team.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. 1-2 years of proven customer service experience, with a strong focus on communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
  3. Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from internal and external customers, both verbally and via email.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in effective de-escalation and call management in diverse situations.
  2. Ability to adapt and navigate through diverse customer personalities.
  3. Hearing aid manufacturing and/or industry experience.
  4. Working knowledge of Salesforce.com.

Working Environment: Our team operates in an open office environment, with opportunities for remote work. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will be able to maintain a high level of productivity and professionalism.

Physical Demands: This role requires sitting for most of the day, with occasional standing and movement.
