Cision Denmark ApS is currently seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of approximately €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing high-level customer service and technical support to internal end-users globally. This includes remote and desk-side support for Windows, Apple, and Linux users, as well as helping to maintain and manage end-user services and devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support
  • Offer remote and desk-side support across the globe
  • Assist with project-related activities and participate in various technology initiatives
  • Analyze hardware and software problems, troubleshoot using approved procedures, and take ownership of issues through resolution or escalation
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Windows, Apple, network troubleshooting, and web-based application support. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to stay calm under pressure are also essential.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is advantageous
  • 2+ years of experience in providing desk-side and remote support
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodologies preferred but not necessary
