As a Customer Technical Services Analyst II-2, you will be part of our Global Customer Care team, supporting Mastercard Payment Services. Your main responsibility will be to provide operational and technical support to customers, analyzing various issues and ensuring timely resolution.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Provide technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting issues and responding to inquiries via approved channels.
  • Capture detailed information about customer concerns and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to implement new products or technology enhancements, prioritizing customer needs.
  • Respond to customer issues while meeting SLAs and contributing to departmental objectives.
  • Implement process improvements, recommending changes to enhance customer service delivery.
  • Assist junior representatives and participate in shift rotation to ensure 24/7 coverage.

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, highly motivated, and possesses advanced problem-solving skills. You should have experience in customer technical services, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in ITIL framework.
