Role Summary

The HR Advisor (Maternity Cover) is a full-time position responsible for handling administrative tasks and providing support to managers on various People-related matters.

Key Accountabilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
  • Employee Support: Provide comprehensive support and advice to managers on a range of People matters, including hiring, sick leave, maternity leave, and corrective measures.
  • Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in cooperation with an external payroll provider.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Assist Retail Managers in understanding and following regulations and processes according to the local collective agreements.
Requirements

This role requires:

  • Strong experience in HR/People & Culture department, preferably from an international organization.
  • Working knowledge of Danish labour legislation.
  • Fluent Danish and English language skills.
  • Experience with payroll processing in collaboration with an external payroll provider.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
