- Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners to enhance Factbird's market presence and capabilities.
- Develop and execute partner strategies to expand business opportunities and deliver revenue growth through partner channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support) to align partner strategies with organizational goals.
- Partner Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring continuous engagement, satisfaction, and alignment with Factbird's value proposition.
- Build deep relationships with partners' senior executives to facilitate joint go-to-market strategies and business development initiatives.
- Manage partner agreements, renewals, and negotiations to optimize mutual business value.
- Sales Enablement and Support
- Develop and deliver partner training programs and sales enablement tools to ensure partners are well-equipped to market, sell, and support Factbird's products.
- Support partners throughout the sales cycle, providing product expertise, competitive positioning, and co-selling assistance.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, providing guidance and recommendations to enhance productivity and achieve sales targets.
- Program Development and Execution
- Design and implement partner programs, including incentives, certifications, and marketing support, to attract and retain high-performing partners.
- Drive joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and events with partners to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Market Expansion and Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities and assess competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to position Factbird's offerings effectively through partner channels.
- Evaluate the impact of strategic partnerships on Factbird's overall growth and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Reporting and Metrics
- Provide regular updates to the executive team on partnership status, pipeline development, and overall program performance.
