We are EG A/S, a leading software company in the Nordic region with over 2500 employees. We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Strategy and Operations Lead to join our team.

The estimated salary for this role is between €80,000 and €120,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.

About the Role

This is a high-impact role that requires strategic planning, sales optimization, and business operational support. As a key member of our Revenue Strategy and Operations department, you will partner directly with the Sales and Success leadership team to drive sustainable, predictable growth across all business units.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing Go-To-Market plans, managing bookings forecasts, creating executive-level presentations, troubleshooting operational processes, and participating in strategic projects.

You will be expected to think creatively, tactically partner with cross-functional teams, and engage with senior leaders. Organized and methodical, with a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving, you will excel in a fast-paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Go-To-Market plans within the annual planning cycle
  • Drive excellence in bookings forecast management to ensure sustained, predictable growth
  • Create executive-level presentations for local and global leadership reviews
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and propose changes to the Operations team
  • Participate in key strategic projects and long-term transformational initiatives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Consulting or SalesOps or Strategy roles, preferably with a software company
  • Ability to think creatively and tactically partner with cross-functional teams and senior leaders
  • Organized and methodical, with a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Superior quantitative and communication capabilities
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines
