About the Job:
The Customer Base Management team at Nuuday is seeking a seasoned commercial leader to drive strategic initiatives and optimize customer base performance. As Senior Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive retention and profit optimization strategy across all portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a strategic direction for retention and profit optimization efforts, continuously adapting to changing market conditions.
- Own and manage short- and long-term roadmaps for achieving goals, including internal base activities and external event planning.
- Create a framework for segmentation and initiative efforts, focusing on high-churn and low-profit groups.
- Provide commercial expertise on customer base overview and segmentation, including cost, profit, and churn analysis.
- Secure successful handover of approved initiatives to execution teams and participate in implementation as concept owner.
- Contribute to major price increases and retention portfolios as a key input stakeholder.
About You:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic thinker with a proven track record in subscription business. You should possess:
- A proactive can-do mentality, identifying opportunities and driving continuous improvement.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, systematically dissecting complex issues and devising creative solutions.
- A solid understanding of customer base management and subscription metrics, including churn reduction, profit optimization, and customer lifetime value.
- A structured, data-driven mindset, with analytical skills and an organized approach to business and progress.
- Excellent communication skills, effectively conveying complex messages and engaging with senior management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in subscription business, with a relevant master's degree in business administration, economics, or a similar field.
