At Wolt, we partner with leading CPG companies to drive business growth. As an Enterprise Growth Specialist, you will work closely with our CPG partners to create value through strategic commercial initiatives. This is a high-impact role that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, leveraging our database to execute commercial strategies and deliver Wolt-Class service to our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Strategy Development: Work with our CPG partners to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive business growth and create value for our joint customer base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with our CPG partners, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Operational Plan Execution: Collaborate with our local teams across 23 countries to ensure the successful execution of operational plans, from supply chain management to marketing campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in global enterprise sales or account management with a strong analytical background.
  • Ability to create incremental value for partners in a self-driven manner, with a strong entrepreneurial drive.
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills, with experience working with databases to provide business insights and recommendations.
  • Fluent English language written and oral communication ability.
  • Ownership mindset, with the ability to take responsibility and adapt to changing circumstances.
