At Onomondo, we're on the cusp of revolutionizing the IoT industry with our cloud-native connectivity platform. As a Technical Support Professional, you'll be at the forefront of this innovation, working closely with customers to troubleshoot complex cases and provide expert solutions.

With 2+ years of experience in support handling and escalation processes, you'll bring a wealth of knowledge to our team. Your expertise in IoT, Telco, or SaaS will enable you to navigate the intricacies of our technology and identify areas for improvement.

We're seeking a highly skilled individual who can debug and troubleshoot cases efficiently, investigate signaling logs, and contribute to process improvements. If you have experience in device or firmware development and troubleshooting, that's a definite plus

As a member of our Technical Customer Support Team, you'll participate in writing and maintaining documentation for best practices, ensure proper follow-ups with customers, and lead tickets to completion. You'll also join our on-call rotations to provide prompt responses to customers during incidents or outages.

Our hiring process involves three stages: screening interview, technical interview, and cultural interview with members from the C-level. We expect the right candidate to be able to work from our HQ, so a fully remote contract won't be an option for this position.

The estimated salary for this role is around €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
