Company Overview: Subaio ApS is a rapidly growing Danish FinTech company that offers simple solutions to complex financial questions, enabling banks to provide their customers with valuable services through their apps.
Salary: We are offering a competitive salary of approximately 120,000-150,000 DKK per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for bonuses and career growth.
Job Description: As our new Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a vital role in collaborating with top European banks, leading the charge in bringing our products to market. Your responsibilities will span understanding and addressing customers' pre-sales requirements, expediting the onboarding process for new customers, and laying the groundwork for long-term scaling.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of four years of experience in a Sales Engineer (or similar) role, focusing on managing relationships with large, complex organizations, preferably within the realm of technical enterprise products.
- A proven track record of delivering and scaling an outstanding pre-sales customer experience, being a trusted advisor with a passion for being an expert in our products, market, and related trends.
- Experience providing advanced support, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of IT principles and customer requirements for similar technical B2B SaaS products.
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, especially when engaging with executives and leaders.
- A humble attitude, eagerness to help others, and a desire to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to make both your team and our customers succeed.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adept at frequent context switching, effectively managing multiple projects with expansive ownership, and ruthlessly prioritizing.
- Experience with answering/writing RFI/RFP answers/documents.
- Experience with B2B and SaaS solutions, preferably within FinTech.
- Previous involvement with start-ups or scale-ups.
