Job Responsibilities

Assist in client engagement:

  • Join experienced colleagues in client meetings.
  • Continue to lead the client relationship after initial contact.
  • Support the team in developing existing clients.

Learn the ropes of Client Support Specialist during the first 9-12 months:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Markit clients.
  • Communicate with manufacturers, partners, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Performance in CSS will become a great asset in Account Management.

Account Management of local clients and help with international cases:

  • Daily operational management.
  • Reach out to new prospects yourself.
  • Helping clients succeed by catering to their ongoing/changing needs.
  • You are proactive on Teams/phone/email/LinkedIn etc.
