About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Director to join our team at Teton Aps. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business in the UK Healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals
  • Provide industry insight and business creativity to design and develop unique use cases and solutions
  • Own and drive the growth of Teton.ai in the largest accounts in the UK Healthcare market
  • Leverage existing and build new relationships with C-level and other executive decision makers
  • Support the broader healthcare and AI transformation goals of our customers through strategic partnerships and professional services
Requirements
  • 10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience, ideally selling into the UK healthcare sector
  • Quota over-achievement when selling complex software and services to Enterprise accounts
  • Experience driving successful adoption of usage-based subscription services (SaaS)
  • Methods for co-developing business cases and gaining support from C-level Executives
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and process
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems effectively
