As an Account Executive in our Field Sales Operations organization, you will focus on net new revenue and be crucial for Workday's growth in Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark. You will guide new customers in transitioning from legacy platforms to our cloud-based solutions, focusing on core financials and strategic alignment.

About the Role

  • Develop strategies for prioritizing and closing key opportunities in assigned territory.
  • Perform account planning, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources for strategic alignment.
  • Initiate sales of Workday solutions within Large Enterprise prospects and share our value proposition.
  • Develop relationships with net new customers, focusing on deal management and connecting them with our solutions.
  • Negotiate deals with C-Suite Executives to close opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer/prospect pipeline and service forecast data.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position.
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams to achieve quota and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Experience managing longer deal cycles, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
