Cloud Solutions Sales Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solutions Sales Expert to join our team in Málaga, Spain. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that specializes in cloud technologies.

Job Summary:

  • This role will involve managing customer relationships and driving sales growth through the strategic use of cloud solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience working with customers to understand their needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • We are looking for someone who is passionate about cloud technologies and has a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to enterprise clients.

About the Role:

  • As a Cloud Solutions Sales Expert, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to win new customers.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships and expanding sales within these accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Becoming the first point of contact for many customers and delivering a strong first impression to set the foundation for long-term customer relationships.
  • Driving sales from lead to purchase by being the main point of contact for our clients' customers, leading the sales strategy, overcoming objections, and negotiating success.
  • Engaging with small and medium businesses across industries, company sizes, and types to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill those needs with leading cloud technologies.
  • Sending regular updates and information to management on key metrics, targets, and performance achievements.
  • Delivering high-quality services to exceed customer expectations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure and Office 365, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effectiveness in achieving business goals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Native or fluent Danish and English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • High school diploma required; BA/4-year degree preferred.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A self-starter with a track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals, with a strong ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is preferred.
  • General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately.

Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
