Job Overview

We are seeking a driven Customer Solutions Specialist/Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a consultative selling mindset and a passion for software and hardware technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive inbound leads from qualification to close, leveraging our expert technical and scientific teams.
  • Secure appointments and conduct product demonstrations online and offline in conjunction with our product specialist team of neuroscientists.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate decision makers and academic professors to sell our products and services.
  • Ensure our researcher clients are set up for success by aligning our software, hardware, and service solutions to their needs.
  • Track and update customer sales information and status of pipelines in Salesforce CRM.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to leadership.
  • Ensure handoffs to Customer Success Managers so they are successful and exceed customer's satisfaction and expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years' experience driving sales in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Demonstrated success in technical product sales and interest in innovative technology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to clearly communicate via phone and in written format.
  • Superb customer service and relationship building capabilities.
  • Results-oriented team player, holds him or herself accountable for performance, takes absolute ownership, and champions all aspects of the sales process.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce CRM is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with a start-up environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Neuroscience or biosensor knowledge/experience a big plus.
