About the Role:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers and Professional Services to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our product and services
  • Leverage industry trends and market insights to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Account Manager or similar client-facing role selling complex software products
  • Experience with post-sales activities, cross-selling, upselling, and renewals
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple enterprise client accounts simultaneously
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics and client needs
  • Result-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools to effectively manage and track account activities
