About the Role

As a Sales Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion in the Swedish market. Working closely with our leadership team, marketing, and commercial teams, you will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy to win key accounts and move leads to customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth SaaS company and be part of a dynamic commercial growth team. You will have the chance to work with a unique customer data platform for the automotive industry, Autoflows, which is already established in several European markets.

Responsibilities
  • Initiate sales cycles through targeted prospecting and outbound sales efforts
  • Run discovery meetings with prospects and qualify new business opportunities
  • Innovate and optimize lead development strategies
  • Manage sales pipelines and key decision-maker interactions
  • Stay up-to-date on Autoflows' expanding service portfolio, competitive offerings, and automotive trends
  • Organize webinars, events, and online meetings to engage with clients and prospects
  • Track performance and adjust strategies accordingly
What We Expect from You
  • A commercial background with evidence of business growth, preferably from a tech company
  • Strong desire to work in tech sales with excellent relationship-building skills and a curiosity-driven mindset
  • Stellar communication skills with experience interacting with C-Level executives
  • Experience meeting metrics (quota-carrying) and managing a pipeline
  • Ability to execute plans using email campaigns, social media, telemarketing, white papers, and similar tactics
  • Demonstrated client relationship management capabilities
  • Proven commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging between $70,000 and $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
