We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Relesys. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our high-value clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a Strategic Business Partner: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong business acumen, with excellent understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
