Transformative Opportunity for a Strategic Account Director

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Director to drive post-sales activities, focusing on renewals, upsell, and revenue growth on our largest enterprise and strategic accounts. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will build close relationships with clients, leveraging your expertise to deliver strong ROI business cases and negotiate favorable terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to existing clients.
  • Work closely with Solution Engineers to understand clients' evolving needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through industry trends, market insights, and client feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Account Director or similar client-facing role selling complex software products.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics and client needs.
  • Result-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
