Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Denmark. This role involves leveraging strong communication skills and deadline management to collaborate effectively with various teams to support business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Regional Marketing Strategies: Create and implement regional marketing materials and strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage B2B Social Media Presence: Enhance regional brand presence and engagement by managing local social media channels.
  • Collaborate with District Sales Teams: Support business development and ensure continuous growth by working closely with the district sales teams.
  • Utilize Strong Communication Skills: Effectively interact with various stakeholders, including internal and external teams.
Additional Tasks and Duties
  • Manage Weekly Sales Meetings and Organize Events: Ensure timely organization of weekly sales meetings and events.
  • Ensure Updated Marketing Materials: Create customer-focused presentations and ensure accurate data is accessible.
  • Deliver Qualified Sales Leads: Coordinate bid responses and deliver qualified sales leads.
  • Data Management: Utilize sales dashboard reporting and internal tools to support field sales, ensuring accurate data management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and sales support.
  • Communication and Deadline Management: Strong communication and deadline management skills.
  • Diverse Team Collaboration: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with diverse teams and job functions.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Location and Estimated Salary

The role is based in our office in Copenhagen, Denmark. The estimated annual salary range for this position is approximately $65,000-$85,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
