Business Development Sales Specialist

Zumtobel Group, a leading player in the lighting industry, is seeking a skilled Sales Professional to drive business growth in Denmark. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop existing customer relationships and expand sales within the Copenhagen region.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and grow revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
- Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Provide coaching and technical support to other sales representatives to ensure they meet their targets.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the lighting industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- A strong network of contacts in the Copenhagen and Danish regions.
- Possess good communication and presentation skills, with charisma and personality.
- A relevant technical education would be an added benefit.
This role offers a competitive salary of around €50,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career prospects.
