We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Air Passenger Rights Specialist to join our litigation department at Allright Group. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping air passengers collect their claims for compensation and refund from airlines according to EU Regulation 261/2004.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our team of legal experts to prepare pleadings in court cases, negotiate settlements with airlines, and communicate with air passengers about their experiences.
  • As a Senior Air Passenger Rights Specialist, you will also be responsible for assessing verdicts, making appeals, and contacting external partners, including law firms.
  • You will have the opportunity to gain insight into legal methods and civil procedures, learn about evidence theory, and develop your written skills in preparing concise and precise texts.
  • In addition, you will become an expert on air passenger rights, enabling you to participate in oral court hearings and provide guidance to colleagues.
