We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Director to join our Business Development team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will play a key part in generating, securing, prioritizing, and winning projects that position Henning Larsen as a leading international design studio globally.

As a Strategic Partnerships Director, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and managing opportunities with new and existing clients/partnerships. You will also create and implement go-to-market strategies, expand our outreach in targeted markets, and provide strategic advisory to Design Directors while fostering key relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities – Proactively identify and manage opportunities with new and existing clients/partnerships.
  • Develop market strategies – Create and implement go-to-market strategies.
  • Proactive outreach – Expand our outreach in targeted markets.
  • Manage stakeholders & partnerships – Provide strategic advisory to Design Directors while fostering key relationships.

What are we looking for?

  • A proven track record with a minimum of six-eight years in a similar role, specializing in strategic business development, preferably within design studios, alternatively in a marketing/communications role.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A growing network and strong understanding of the stakeholder environment, including clients, collaborators, and partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in both written and verbal English.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment—agile, dedicated, and driven by a strong team spirit.
