About the Role:
The Service Line Specialist will play a key part in driving the growth and success of Cognizant's ServiceNow business. This role will focus on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align with the overall company strategy and ensure the success of different initiatives.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their changing needs and challenges, and position the value of Cognizant's services to meet their specific requirements and objectives.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline by continually developing relationships and customer engagement, and adding new opportunities.
- Exceed customer expectations at all stages of the relationship, from sales to demonstrations and workshops, ensuring active listening, effective negotiation, and clear communication.
- Develop and implement methodologies to effectively convert opportunities into booked business.
- Continuously monitor and report on progress, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve booking targets.
Requirements:
- Experience selling cloud solutions to direct customers and system integrators, preferably in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Strong technical knowledge and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work with large Service Integrators.
- Deep knowledge and passion for enterprise SaaS apps, IaaS, and PaaS.
