Centre Coordinator of Academic Excellence for the Social Resilience Lab

Aarhus University invites applications for a Centre Coordinator position in the Social Resilience Lab, part of the School of Culture and Society. This is a full-time administrative role, available from 1 January 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter.
The successful candidate will work closely with the PIs and staff of the Social Resilience Lab and the wider administrative team at the School of Culture and Society to facilitate research operations, including staff onboarding, project management, and continuous support.
Key responsibilities include implementing software management tools and pipelines, managing events and projects, maintaining the centre's website, and disseminating project events and activities through social media, mailing lists, and newsletters.
The ideal candidate will have a BA or MA degree in a relevant field, such as management, and be proficient in Danish and English. They should also have experience in academic project management, university administration, and event coordination.
The salary for this position is approximately DKK 520,000 (EUR 69,300) per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
