Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls in Roskilde, Denmark. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting local key accounts within the Industrial Cooling and Heat Pump sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major regional clients, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Target multinational companies in specific vertical segments through effective prospecting/targeting, qualifying, and relationship development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and qualify potential customers for strategic account development within the Industrial Refrigeration sector.
  • Proactively target and engage multinational companies through effective prospecting and relationship management.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal connections across sales, operations, and service teams to ensure seamless pre- and post-sales support.
  • Champion Johnson Controls' strategic initiatives, highlighting the advantages of our refrigeration solutions, including heat recovery.
  • Set and exceed sales performance targets; develop contractual agreements and economic models that align with customer requirements and expectations.
  • Implement strategies to gain commitment and collaboration from stakeholders demonstrating how our solutions align with their business objectives.
  • Leverage insights from economic, financial, market, and industry trends to enhance customer outcomes and contribute to effective business strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience in technical sales or business development within energy solutions.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing large agreements with high-level stakeholders.
  • Strong technical aptitude to understand and leverage technology roadmaps and digital strategies.
  • Collaborative mindset with a high degree of passion, enthusiasm, and urgency for achieving revenue targets.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
