The University of Copenhagen is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher in Ecological Modelling to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research in ecological modelling, focusing on the development and application of mathematical models to understand complex ecological systems.
- Collaborate with our team of researchers to design and implement research projects, and to analyze and interpret data.
- Develop and maintain computational models and simulations to support research and teaching activities.
- Communicate research findings through publications, presentations, and other outreach activities.
- PhD in a relevant field, such as ecology, environmental science, or a related discipline.
- Strong background in ecological modelling, with experience in developing and applying mathematical models to understand complex ecological systems.
- Excellent programming skills, with experience in languages such as R, Python, or MATLAB.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a team environment.
