Deliver Exceptional Service with Collinson Insurance Europe Limited.
You will oversee key client accounts, leveraging your experience in account management and business development to drive commercial success. Your Impact:
- Build Trust: Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing strategic guidance that aligns with their business objectives and Collinson's offerings.
- Foster Innovation: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and support the development of innovative solutions that meet client needs.
- Identify Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive cross-selling of Collinson's diverse portfolio of solutions.
- Manage Challenges: Proactively manage and resolve any issues or challenges, leveraging your experience in crisis management to maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: Extensive experience in account management and business development, with a successful track record of driving growth in the Financial Services or Loyalty sectors.
- Strong Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align client needs with Collinson's business objectives.
- Commercial Knowledge: Deep understanding of deal structuring, negotiations, and financial analysis.
- Exceptional Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
