Trackunit is looking for a committed Revenue and Billing Operations Manager to join a rapidly growing SaaS Business with an international atmosphere.

We are looking for a Revenue and Billing Operations Manager to step in and lead a team of highly skilled team members. You possess a practical and financial mindset combined with great interpersonal skills, as you will work closely with various internal stakeholders on different levels.

This is an operational role within our Finance organisation, and you will be reporting to our Global Director of Revenue and Billing. Your team consists of 5 skilled people with diverse backgrounds from both Sales and Finance bringing the operations together. You will be supporting and driving the journey and vision of Trackunit directly to the customer via operating and streamlining our billing and order-to-cash processes.

With locations in the hearts of Copenhagen, Kolding, Aarhus and Aalborg, we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in Denmark. As many of your colleagues will be located out of Aalborg, we expect you to be present in Aalborg from time to time.

Who are you ideally?

  • Preferably +3-5 years experience in an operational finance role.
  • Understand billing and billing mechanisms.
  • Knowledge about operational POV in order to cash processes with preferably a background in financial controlling or auditing.
  • We imagine that you either have experience in leading a team OR that you are ready to take the next step in your career and develop into a People Leader. Regardless, we expect you to have a heart for people and enabling people.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Maintain subscription renewals in Netsuite ERP.
  • Maintain team vision and manage daily activities of a team of revenue and billing professionals.
  • You have a heart for people and want to develop further in a people leader role.   • Be an important contributor to process improvement and automation projects. We expect you to have and want an impact, and question how we are doing things today.
  • Support timely and correct invoicing of hardware, subscriptions and installations.
  • Support Trackunit’s Focus Customers segmentation on their journey in a professional and structured way.
  • Implement improved ways of invoicing and integrate customer invoicing as a part of the complete customer journey.
  • You will have a key role in driving our financial and operational perspective.
