Electrical Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our European team based in Stockholm, Sweden or Copenhagen, Denmark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and growing our existing customer base and identifying new business opportunities in the Nordic region.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in electronics, with a proven track record of sales and customer management experience. You will be responsible for using Allegro's existing sales channels to develop relationships with current and prospective customers, identifying and closing new opportunities, and understanding customer key contacts and strategy.
You will also be responsible for working closely with management to develop and implement strategic sales plans, generating executive summary reports, and providing timely feedback from the market. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow existing customer base and identify new business opportunities in the Nordic region.
- Use Allegro's existing sales channels to develop relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Identify and close new opportunities.
- Understand customer key contacts and strategy and develop relationships with decision makers.
- Work closely with management to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Generate executive summary reports and provide timely feedback from the market.
Requirements:
- BSEE or MSEE Electronic Engineering (or similar) and a minimum of 5 years related technical sales and customer management experience with a proven track record.
- Language requirements: In addition to native language, English (oral and written) is a must.
- Solid sales experience with mixed Analog and Digital integrated semiconductors for power management, power interface, brushless DC motors and sensor devices.
- Excellent team capabilities to operate synergistically within a global Allegro network of Engineering, Sales, and Marketing professionals.
- Dynamic and outgoing personality.
- Strong relationship builder and a strong personal desire to achieve goals.
- Strong interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally.
- Good organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel (3-4 days a week).
