Your role

Zumtobel Group is seeking a Sales Professional in Denmark to expand the Indoor Lighting portfolio in the Copenhagen area. You will develop existing customer relationships and increase sales by building and maintaining those connections.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Identify, research, and contact potential customers to establish positive relationships that generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Share sales leads, customer feedback, and competitor information with the organization to respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
  • Provide recommendations for long-term sales plans for customers and accounts.
  • Monitor, support, and adapt sales activities to meet business objectives.
  • Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule activities to ensure targets are met.
  • Coach other sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services to help them achieve their objectives.

Your profile

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the lighting industry – indoor luminaires.
  • A well-established network of contacts in the Copenhagen and wider Danish region.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Ambition, self-motivation, and a structured approach.
  • The ability to find new leads and approach new prospects to strengthen growth and profitability.
  • Good presentation skills and technique, with charisma and personality.
  • Relevant technical education would be an added benefit.
