About the Role

In this dynamic role, you will serve as a key support expert for the Sales Execution team at Novo Nordisk. You will drive effective coordination and team activities to support a fun and high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive team-related activities, including Cycle Meetings, Company meetings, and team meetings to foster a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Support Sales team members in Denmark with contract handling, ensuring timely and professional execution of agreements.
  • Monitor stock levels of needles and communicate status to Field Sales Managers and Key Account Managers.

This is a 12-month maternity cover position, providing an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our team's success.

Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will have a college degree or equivalent, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in assistant or coordinator roles. You will be proactive, team-oriented, and service-minded, with a proven ability to work systematically and with high quality, handling diverse tasks and working against deadlines with excellent coordination and organizational skills.

Moreover, you will possess:

  • A can-do attitude and great enthusiasm.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, with Danish language knowledge highly appreciated.
