About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Customer Response Center team in Scandinavia. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will coordinate and oversee all activities from order entry to invoicing, with a high involvement in the supply chain and logistics processes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating the entire supply chain of our products (cooling units and spare parts) for selected customers.
- Communication with different functions within Carrier and our service partners and customers.
- Coordinating deliveries to our partners, customers and workshop.
- Providing detail on availability of parts and products.
- Raising orders to our factory / European head office.
- Scheduling deliveries to be cost effective, efficient and to match customers' requirements.
- Raising and sending invoices for finish good sales in a timely manner.
- Ensuring thorough application of department processes to drive key performance metrics.
- Answering customer and internal queries in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Analytical and administration skills, proven problem-solving skills, detail oriented.
- A digital mindset with process knowledge and understanding. Proficient with Microsoft packages Outlook, Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI. Experience in ERP system.
- A university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.
- Fluency in Danish and English.
