Join Enabl Wind and drive business growth as a Tender Manager

We are expanding our Global Sales & Marketing Department with a highly skilled individual to play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission of enabling a cleaner and more sustainable future.

The position requires a combination of technical knowledge, project management skills, commercial insight, and effective communication with internal teams and external clients. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting proposals that meet the unique needs of our clients, helping us secure new contracts and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Development:
  1. Understand client requirements and product/project specifications related to our 3 divisions (Consulting, Equipment, Service). Primary focus will be on the Equipment division and its associated solutions for towers & foundations production, hub/nacelle assembly, blades manufacturing, test, and site solutions.
  2. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and other teams to gather essential technical information for proposal creation.
  3. Develop detailed proposals outlining scope of work, cost estimates, project timelines, and technical solutions.
Project Coordination:
  1. Coordinate internal teams and resources to ensure tenders align with Enabl Wind's capabilities and standards.
  2. Monitor progress of multiple tenders and ensure timely submission.
  3. Manage tender revisions, version control, and updates in response to client feedback.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' offerings.
  5. Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and market segments to target.
Client Communication:
  1. Serve as primary point of contact for clients during proposal phase, addressing their queries and concerns.
  2. Present proposals to clients in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner.
Budget and Cost Analysis:
  1. Work with cross-functional team to ensure accurate cost estimation and pricing strategies align with company's profitability goals.
Management Reviews:
  1. Prepare and facilitate efficient management reviews of the proposal before sharing with clients.

Your Profile:

We're looking for an exceptional individual with a strong background in proposal management, preferably in the wind industry or related technical sectors. You should have excellent project management and organizational skills, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in proposal software and Microsoft Office applications is also required.
