Job Title: Head of Business Development Nordic Markets

Minnovation International AB is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Business Development for the Nordic markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers in the region.

Location: Europe

Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

The Head of Business Development will play a key role in achieving our company's revenue targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the Nordic region
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to secure business opportunities

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of proven track record in business development, sales or related areas
  • Experience in sales/product management within industrial or electronics markets
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to think strategically and develop marketing/sales strategies utilizing various sources of information
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English
  • Additional language skills considered an asset
