Sales & BD Manager, Nordic Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales & BD Manager to lead our business development efforts in the Nordic region.

Job Title: Sales & BD Manager, Nordic

Location: Europe

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow sustaining accounts for SAA in the Nordic region.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to close the entire sales cycle, including leads/ RFx/ technical proposal/ pricing/ forecast/ order etc., to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop new customer opportunities for SAA within Nordics to maximize sales growth and profit potential.
Main Objectives:
  1. Raise company revenue through successful sales strategies.
  2. Maintain strong customer relationships by regular visits and effective communication.
  3. Possess a deep understanding of target customers, including vertical markets, companies, applications etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in RF/Antenna or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven track record in business development, sales or related areas.
  • Experience in sales/product management within industrial or electronics markets is preferred.
