About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving the pipeline for our business by researching and contacting potential customers to schedule meetings that will convert to qualified sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the face of our company, engaging potential customers in the Baltic market and staying up-to-date on industry news and the social media landscape.
  • Become an expert on our brand, business, and SaaS product, working closely with the Account Executive team to build a sales pipeline and drive revenue through new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential customers, using a range of platforms including Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Cognism, and Gong.
  • Make an average of 100 outbound activities to prospects daily, with the goal of scheduling platform walk-throughs and starting the sales process.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
Requirements
  • A background in sales, preferably with experience in sales and/or BDR and SaaS.
  • Excellent written and spoken Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian and English.
  • Motivation and determination to succeed, paired with a positive mindset that allows you to reach your targets.
  • Ability to execute and take responsibility, with a team player attitude and coachability.
  • Ability to thrive in a quota-driven environment with short and dynamic sales cycles.
