About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving the pipeline for the business by researching and contacting accounts with the goal of scheduling a meeting that will convert to a qualified sales opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the face of our company, engaging potential customers in the Baltic market;
  • Stay up to date on industry news and understand the social media landscape;
  • Become an expert on our brand, business, and SaaS product;
  • Work closely with the Account Executive team to build a sales pipeline and drive revenue through new business opportunities.
How You Will Succeed:
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential customers, using Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Cognism, Gong and other platforms;
  • Make an average of 100 outbound activities to prospects daily, with the goal of scheduling platform walk-throughs and starting the sales process;
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps;
  • Engage in training and development programs.
