Key Role in Revenue Growth

As a Senior Monetization Manager at Trustpilot A/S, you will play a pivotal role in designing and building the company's monetization strategy, driving revenue growth and underpinning the company's financial success. This involves evolving the core B2B proposition, monetizing plans and packages sold to customers, and building new ancillary revenue streams by leveraging the platform's network effects.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize the core B2B proposition to ensure the lineup of plans delivers on customer needs and is highly competitive in the market.
• Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to define new features and take the lead on deciding how to best package them (e.g., bundling, add-on, tiering, etc.).
• Use commercial judgment, analytical skills, competitor research, and customer feedback to ideate new pricing and monetization models for Trustpilot, increasing Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
• Support the Director of Pricing & Monetization in exploring net new ancillary revenue opportunities, from initial hypothesis to business cases and concept development, to end-to-end project delivery.
• Continuously monitor market trends, key industry events, established SaaS players, and influencers to bring an 'outside-in' perspective to the business, informing internal efforts.
• Collaborate with Pricing & Monetization colleagues to ensure plans are priced competitively and in accordance with the value provided to customers.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering commercial initiatives with high visibility, clear ownership, and accountability, and proven impact on business financials.
• Experience in highly matrixed companies, ideally in pricing, monetization, or strategy & operations roles, with proven ability to deliver autonomously in fast-paced environments.
• Comprehensive stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders in day-to-day interactions.
• Familiarity with different pricing and subscription models across SaaS and B2B markets, with a deep understanding of how SaaS metrics work and are correlated (NRR, churn, rule of 40, etc.).
• High levels of curiosity, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to cope with ambiguity to explore new opportunities, and a 'get it done' attitude to constantly pursue these opportunities, even in situations where convincing others of the idea's worth is necessary.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen: comfortable creating compelling business cases.
