As Sales Director for Professional Markets, you will play a critical role in leading Klar's strategic initiative to enter the B2B market. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive market entry strategy across key markets, including Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. This will involve building relationships with key decision-makers in contractor networks, enterprise clients, and large projects, as well as establishing Klar's credibility in new professional market segments.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction industry buying cycles and decision-making processes, as well as proven experience leading multiple regional sales teams in B2B environments. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
