Customer Service Team Lead

Copenhagen Coffee Lab, a leading hand-craft coffee roastery and wholesaler with over 35 cafes across Denmark, Germany, France, and Portugal, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of baristas in delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day responsibilities, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Lead by example, consistently providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
- Delegate tasks to employees, maintaining smooth operations while the Store Manager is not present.
- Conduct trainings and provide one-on-one guidance to employees.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, upholding hygiene and safety protocols.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
