Key Responsibilities
  • You will lead one of our Danish support teams of Support Associates, inspiring a high-quality standard of service for our customers and partners throughout the country, primarily through chat.
  • As a leader by example, you'll raise the bar for the support we provide, consistently providing feedback to your team members and ensuring that your team meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • You'll understand the needs of our customers and partners, adapting your tone of voice accordingly.

Requirements
  • You have experience leading a customer-facing team and enjoy motivating your team to deliver exceptional support.
  • You can translate data into actionable insights, making it easy for others to understand how customer support is progressing according to KPIs.
  • You're tech-savvy, comfortable learning and teaching others how to use our customer support tools.
  • You have a 'can-do' attitude, a winning mindset, and are ready to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • You're fluent in both Danish and English.
