We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless order processing.

Job Description
  • This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you will be part of a dynamic team delivering local customer services in line with defined policies and procedures.

You will work closely with various functions, including sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, and planning processes to ensure optimal alignment between demand and supply.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English and one Scandinavian language.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you must be able to provide outstanding customer service, resolve issues promptly, and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders according to targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues daily.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order processing.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by JDE.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English and one Scandinavian language.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately 55,000 - 70,000 DKK per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
