We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Team Lead to join our team at JD Sports - Nordics in Copenhagen.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires strong leadership and sales skills. As a Senior Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional service by guiding and motivating your team members. You will assist in maximizing store profitability by exceeding sales targets and utilizing in-store devices.
Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain high standards of customer service, always focusing on providing excellent customer experiences.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a team player mindset and consistently striving for excellence in sales and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, increasing revenue and driving business growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to uphold store standards and guidelines, train new team members, and support administrative duties.
- Ensure accurate pricing, stock levels, and visual merchandising, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in managing teams.
- Confident, outgoing personality with effective selling skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, making decisions in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Competitive salary: DKK 450,000 - 550,000 per year (estimated based on industry standards and location).
