Business Performance Director for Northern Europe

We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Business Performance Director for Northern Europe at Lundbeck A/S, H. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading business initiatives, fostering collaboration across countries and functions, and developing essential commercial, medical, and market access capabilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing the support, tools, and guidance necessary to deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes for the business.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Cover:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop business cases to realize revenue growth across NCE.
- Create market entry strategies for new products and set revenue targets.
Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency:
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze and benchmark business performance using key metrics.
- Drive adoption of analytics and identify underperforming areas.
Change Management:
- Support upskilling of sales teams on new digital tools.
- Act as a change agent to drive business improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years' experience in Pharmaceutical Sales with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical markets including healthcare systems in countries across the region.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate at different levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High proficiency in both written and spoken English as well as Danish.
