About the Role
We are looking for a talented Network Development Manager to join our dynamic team at BYD Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive business plan that drives network growth and expansion.
- Build strong relationships with dealers to strengthen their profitability and improve performance.
- Implement a network consolidation strategy to optimize the network's structure and efficiency.
- Manage the performance improvement growth process to enhance store performance.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in business management or engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Automotive industry, with a focus on EU network development.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with expertise in financial statement analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead dealership negotiations.
